Set against the backdrop of red rocks, open skies, and a shared campsite, Rayco Bash is an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from the noise, and reconnect with what matters most—people, nature, and community.

From sunset conversations around the fire to morning coffee under the open sky, the experience is intentionally curated to create space for genuine connection and memorable moments.

• A one-night campout experience

Event Registration

To help create a comfortable, safe, and well-organized experience, Rayco Bash requires a registration fee for all attendees.

Your registration helps cover:

• Campsite permits and event operations

• Event liability insurance

• Restroom rentals

• General event setup and community experience

• Photos for everyone to enjoy and reminisce over afterward.

What to expect in your Bash Bags?

Every bag will include items such as custom Rayco tote bags, motel keychains, bumper stickers, car scents, branded goodies like hats and lighters with partners Rig’d Supply and Howl Campfires, plus more.

If you choose the Camping Pass + Tee, you will also receive our exclusive Rayco Bash Tee printed on the premium Comfort Colors Heavyweight Tee printed by Mayhem Ink (mockup of shirt in photo gallery).

Each goodie bag with t-shirt add on has a base value of over $100, not including exclusive discounts.

The first 100 people to sign up will receive extra goodies from our contributors adding an additional $80+ in value, including an exclusive Rayco Bash bandana.

Rayco Bash is not a profit-driven commercial event. Every contribution goes toward creating a responsible, welcoming, and rad environment where people can gather, connect, and enjoy a night outdoors together as well as carefully designed and crafted goods that won’t be thrown away.

Which Pass Should I Get?

Bash Pass + Tee

This is the premier pass where guests will receive a Bash Bag bag full of goodies from branded keychains and car scents, to the exclusive and desired Rayco Bash tee. This pass will allow you to stay overnight and park in the camping area.

Bash Pass

Guests will receive a Bash Bag bag full of goodies such as branded keychains and car scents, but will not receive a tee. This pass will allow you to stay overnight and park in the camping area.

This pass was intended to give guests an option to save if that would make the event more accessible to them.

Family Budget Pass

We want the Rayco Bash to be accessible for everyone, so we’re offering a Family Budget Pass for two adults attending together. This pass includes one Bash Bag and does not include shirts.

Kids 12 and under are FREE! We ask that you fill out the information when adding to cart as we have a special little goodie bag for them such as temporary tattoos, Rayco Bash scavenger hunt, and more.

We wouldn’t forget about the dogs either! Let us know how many dogs will be joining you at checkout.

More Details

Water and sparkling waters will be provided, but this is a BYOB event. So stock your fridges and coolers with your favorite drink and come relax with us.

Pizza by Sandtown Pizza will also be available for purchase, or bring your own food and cook it up at camp!
